Brought my car in for an inspection and everyone was very friendly and professional. Waiting area has coffee and is large & clean which is a nice touch not usually seen outside of dealerships. Chad inspected my car and was able to answer some questions I had about the vehicle which I recently bought used. Highly recommended!

Amazing place, would recommend this shop to anyone who needs any type of work done! The customer service is immaculate- unlike anything I’ve every experienced in over a decade of car ownership! I was on the way to the emergency vet with my 21 year old cat when my timing belt went, and my car broke down, and I wound up towed here. Thank goodness I did! Paul worked very closely with me the entire time he was repairing my car; he was extremely communicative and made sure to explain all my options for repairs and pricing. He kept me consistently updated and made sure that I would be able to get around while my car was in the shop (as I needed a lot of work done and parts were going to take a while to get there). They provided me with a loaner car that was included for free! I’ve never been offered this in the past and I was extremely grateful. He even worked with me, and would’ve provided me with a ride to pick up the loaner if I needed it. All around, the easiest 5 star review I’ve ever written. This shop consistently showed me they’re willing to go above and beyond for their customers. Communicative, friendly, fair pricing, straightforward explanations about repairs and alternative options, and they do amazing work. Great experience, able to wait with my son for the inspection and the guys offered snacks and changed the TV for cartoons to keep us occupied while we waited. Went to extra mile to check my tire pressure sensors and passed inspection, highly recommend this place.

We've been getting our vehicles serviced at Advanced Automotive Performance for decades. They have always done a very professional job at fair prices. There have been numerous occasions where we needed work done last minute prior to taking a long family trip where they came through even though we had no right to expect it. I think the fact that their lot is almost always full and frequently with local police cruisers, BVT shuttle vans, etc. tells you all you need to know. I will also add that they've got tech to make things super convenient. We work a lot fairly far out of town. We make arrangements to drop the car off the night before. The next day we get an electronic report about what they found going over the vehicle. When the work is done I have them send me an electronic invoice which I pay online. We then pick up the vehicle after hours.

Hands down the best place I’ve ever brought my vehicles to be serviced and repaired. I have 3 distinctly different types of vehicles, a 2000 F350 diesel, 2013 Jeep Rubicon and a 2010 Mustang. After so many miserable experiences at dealerships I started searching for a better option and Advanced Automotive is it! I’ve been a customer for a few years now. Fixed right the first time at a fair price. Highly recommended place with great employees who know what they’re doing!

This is the only garage I trust my vehicles with. Their customer service is great, and I’ve never had any issues with the work they have done …never had to bring my vehicle in more than once for a problem.
