Vacationing in the area from New Jersey and needed my electrical system checked. Called first thing this morning, and they said to come on down, we'll fit you in. They took me in right away and an hour later I was on my way. I probably paid a lit bit more for the bulbs I needed replaced, but for that kind of service...it was worth it!! Thank you Travis and Bryan! You're the tops!!

Outstanding job! Luke is unbelievably smart when it comes to any automotive and Diesels. He makes sure you understand in detail, what is wrong and how to go about the best way fixing it! I have used Advanced Auto since I moved to Douglas in 2013. They have been absolutely fantastic to work with! The staff makes you feel like family and they always walk me through the process of what is needed vs. what could wait a while, so I have time to plan. They very easy to work with and they have helped me out of a few pinches with short notice requests. I had found them online when I was looking for a certified mechanic and I have never looked back. Advanced auto performance has been doing the maintenance on my truck for about 1 1/2 years. I have my oil changed , brakes replaced, heater fixed and steering shaft replaced and a few more small repairs. Last summer on my way to the highway to head out for vacation with the family I was having some trouble with the steering It was Friday at 3pm. I called Travis and told him what was happening he had me drive it right down. Turns out both my calipers had locked up.I told him we were heading to the cape and asked if they would be able to fix it. The boys stayed until 730pm to get my truck road ready. The staff there is exceptional with communication on what needs to be done and costs to complete the work. The mechanics are super knowledgeable and great at doing it right. I highly recommend them for all your repair and maintenance needs

Can't say enough good things about this shop. I had been looking for a while for a local shop I this is definitely the one. Paul, Travis and Jason really went above and beyond to make sure I was happy. They were also honest and straight forward on a few services that I thought I needed but could be taken care of more affordably.
